Thanks for your reply. I never got AOR2 email but we know that AOR2 was sent after doing GCMS inquiry. We have sent multiple emails to NDVO for change of email address and they mentioned they won't confirm the change. I am lost here. Medicals will expire in Feb 2016. Can I just do remeds and send them? What do I need to do remeds? Do i need any letter from CIC?

yes the applicant gets an email to confirm from the ndvo that they have started the process. your husband will get his UCI number.....how did you check his online status without his UCI number??


We just check the status under my UCI number...my husband never received a separate UCI number. What do you guys suggest we do? do you think I should apply for notes to see where the hold up is?

I am facing the same situation as you.
I have received SA on Aug 24,2015 and Online status changed to In Process on August 25,2015 but my wife didn't receive AOR2 email yet.

Here is my timeline

App Filed: June 23, 2015
AOR1: July 25, 2015
SA: August 24, 2015
IP: August 25, 2015
AOR2 : Not yet

We are checking the online status using my(sponsor) UCI and also with Application Number. My wife didn't receive her UCI number yet. If you apply for Notes, Can you please share? I am not sure when will be best time to apply for notes for my timeline.

AOR2 usually comes to the same mail id which u have given in your application. In my case my lawyers got it, so check which mail id you have given for your application and follow up with them.

seems like you have all the same problem...you have not received aor2.
as mentioned above please check the email id that you have given in your application or if you have representative ask them.or just check your email properly all the spam mails, folders etc...

aor2 is important because all future ndvo communication will be sent to it. if you want to change any personal details you have to send a case specific enquiry.

senior members please suggest what to do in this situation if you faced a similar problem and got it solved. help needed !!!!

Hi, I believe you need the email. Well you do need your IME and FILE number, and you should be able to get your re-meds done.

canada immigration and america people share there database, i have US visa but i dint travel to US will that affect my application. i know its a stupid question still need to hear what others thing......

its the date cic received your application........

i wish you are right but today i am not as hopeful as i was yesterday.......
