Never happened rejection without interview.PA must testify by interview.IO given strong reason for refusal. Bcose PA may be appealed to IAD.
IAD hearing based on refusal reason.

My case is highly sensitive! However, it is 100% genuine. My husband is a white and am an Indian. It's a second marriage for both of us. Since my husband wanted to marry an Indian, he approached me through Shaadi.com. We got married after knowing each other in 1.25 months time. He returned back after spending 20 days with me post our marriage and hasn't got an opportunity to visit me since then. We 99% stay in touch through whats ap. Unfortunately both of us had to change our phones lately and we are not left with any back up our chats. We only have proof of the calls that we make to each other. To be honest, I won't say that we guys are in total love with each other or something since it was an arrange marriage. However, we are looking forward to spend a happily married life. Since we both have gone through a lot in our respective lives, we do not want to go through any more thud. Besides, it was a marriage where we dressed very nicely. However, only my parents and his best friend's mother and few more people were present in our marriage. My relatives didn't join 'coz none of them supported the marriage since he is a while.

Could anybody please share their thoughts regarding the same since we both are scared that our case might get rejected?

Don't scared.True case always suffer but after all got through.U collect evidence as more as possible for genunity.
If u don't mind,which pert of India u r?My case much harder than u. Even though I m sure that my marriage is genuine.This is time killing job to success.U read my post on this page about my case.Your husband may be Canadian citizen.If he is Canadian citizen,he may be stay here as long as he wish.And it's good for prove to genuinity that visit his wife in India.Secondly, U apply for TRV if possible.
Don't be frustrated.I know,this time is very hard to live apart.

Hi i wanna know why they ask for remedical checkup]

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. The reason why they do re-medicals and the process ONLY applies to cases where a final decision is pending due to the following reasons:

1) the expiration of a medical certificate; or
2) when the validity of the medical certificate is about to expire and the applicant is unable to land before it expires.

Second marriage go through a lot of scrutiny by default by CIC.
Provide as much documentation as possible and be prepared for a lot of delays. Unfortunately there is no work around other than your husband coming back and staying with you in India.
