Thy hv official hols 25 28 n 1 . while mon- Fri are working days . just 3 working days 29 30 31 Dec till 4 Jan . I don't thk thy ll work till 4 jan

Pakistan spouse visa processing time is 47 months but most of them getting visa in 8 to 9 months n here in india ppl are waiting for more than a year...this is ridiculous.... We need to do something about this]

I am also pr card holder and june2015 applicant,m also planning to go to india for 3 months,i don't think it can raise red flag on my husband file
if its true then this system is disgusting..becoz we want to spend time with our loved ones if ndvo cant issue visa to our partner then we will have to go to india to spend time together

Hi,
I dont think visiting spouse for 2-3 months can raise red flag. It creates a strong evidence for marriage and relationship. And i dont think when NDVO opens ur file, they have enough time to ho through sponsor's history and detail again. I am going to visit my husband in jan as its my first Lohri with him. So dont worry about anything.

Hi Gurus;

I am a Canadian PR , about to get married in Feb 2016.
I want my wife to accompany me , or be in Canada ASAP.
I am thinking of applying for her TRV and then when she is here , sponsor her and apply for her PR

Do you think this is the right approach?
What all things i should keep in mind when applying for TRV (seeing high rate of rejection if not supported with complete documentation)
