Actually , in my case, we have not recieved even AOR1 from the CIC to request for request notes. But we had applied fon March 23rd 2015 and it is more than 3 months and we have still not got any update from the CIC.

Could you please let me know how to proceed with this.

As per timeline at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-fc.asp , CIC is working on Sponsorship Approvals (AOR1) of applications received on April 29, 2015. It means you had to get (assuming that you sent your application package by Courier on 23 March 2015 and CIC received it within 3 or 4 days) your SA (AOR1) couple of weeks back.

Since it is delayed you have to make sure your application is received at CIC-Mississauga by tracking Courier/Post.

If its delivered on time, you can think about applying for GCMS Notes (of Sponsor and Sponsorship) and find out why SA (AOR1) is delayed.

Remember, it takes 30 days to get GCMS notes and you are going get information till the date you apply only.

Also you can check out ECAS by using Spnsor's UCI and other information

Yes, the courier has reached CIC on March 23rd 2015. And we also have the tracking number for the same and we have confirmed with the courier as well.
We have called the CIC call center but they keep saying that the application is in progress.

How can we check the ECAS without an UCI. How do we get the UCI?

To apply for GCMS notes, we would need the file number as well which we do not have.

Any idea how we can get through this? Are there anyone whose SA has been delayed like in my case?

Did they ask for additional documents or an updated form? If not, keep calling CIC call center until you dont get a satisfactory answer, as you are way past the processing time. You can use the UCI number of the "sponsor" which you had already given in the form 1344 to check your ecas.

I think only two options now.

Check ECAS using the UCI of the sponsor. If CIC has received your application, here you can see when it is received and what is the current status of Sponsorship approval. If Sponsorship is approved, you can see "Decision made and we sent you a letter on ---------- about the decision". Make sure you (Sponsor) have not missed the mail (Email mostly, sometimes by post) about Sponsorship and SA. So please check the Spam folder of the sponsor.

And Keep calling CIC Call Centre and ask the status until you get a satisfactory answer.

Hi,

I m resident of Pakistan, 2014 applicant with visa office LONDON for spouse immigration of canada. I received email from Delhi medical (19th june 2015) for reassessment my medical validity because my intial medical examination has been expired. They required
Chest Xray
Complete medical report chest Xray requisition and report form (IMM5419)
Duly completed reassessment form

I got my medical done today 29th June 2015. But (doctor) PP in ION center Islamabad just performed my chest Xray and completed Reassessment form. (No blood test or Urine test)

Now what next? Is my reassessment done properly? What and when to expect next thing by LNDN immigration office

First medical done : June 2014
Application filed: July 2014
Sponsor approval and file transfer to London : Sep 2014
Further documents required : April 2015
Reassessment medical Request:19th june 2015
Reassessment medical done: 29th june 2015

What next.. ?

As Blr gave the link, its the other way around. Canadian's can now get visa on arrival (e-visa) by applying online; Indians will still need to apply for visit visa the usual method.

4. Strong reason to come back.

This are the resons they have mentioned. Actually am not working .
