I am getting worried now. Does this delay happen to everyone? Or you guys are exceptions?

There is no need to worry because we are still in time frame. From forums what i have learnt that it takes 2 to 16 months time period for Delhi (stage 2 process time).

If they are working on Aug/Sep files then we should hear something by end of August/September. If time length increases might send a letter regarding new medical.

Just be positive. Feel free to add anything.

Thanks

Hi All,

Anyone who's application was received between May1- May7, 2015 get Sponsorship Approval?

Mine reached on May5th, 2015 and according to the timeline of 57 days should have received it by now.

Is there a case where AOR2/SA comes directly?

I also checked Ecas no change yet still shows In Process/AR

Just received it, so looks to be on time ;)

Thanks

Thanks for quick reply.

My file reached mississauga in Octomber 7,2014.

Received letter on Dec 12,2014.

Reached delhi Jan 9,2015.

and it has been 6 months since no update.

Thanks

Hey,

We are still waiting since the file has reached NDVO and this week we have had lots of IP or passport request from Sept applications and the latest one being from Sept 16th so we can assume they have already crossed Sept last week and should be working on Oct first week - pure assumption

I think I mentioned either here or some other thread, not getting the AOR2 is nothing to worry about since if you got the SA we can be sure the file was transferred and some people dont get AOR2 that doesnt mean the file is not in queue

I finally got SA after 2 weeks of ECAS showing "Decision Made". I received it in regular mail (not email).

So patience is key and calling CIC call centre 5 times a day does not help and actually clogs up their phone lines for people who might have genuine problems.

Now waiting for AOR2 so that I can pay the PRPF fees which I forgot to pay.

Cheers!

1) My medical expired in june as well as. What i have been hearing from others that let CIC notify you for new medical or they can extend your expired medical.

2) So suprised you are in a exact same condition as mine. seems like perfect thread to be in.

Hopefully keep in touch if you hearing anything. I will post something if i hear anything.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes right, i am also waiting for Remedical request, of course we will be in touch.

Hope to get good news ASAP In shaa Allah...

Thanks,
Rozi

My SA date is January 30, 2015 and as per SA mail the file was transferred to NDVO.

But never (till now) received Client UCI and AOR2 from NDVO and no reply for the emails sent to NDVO asking file arrival date and confirmation.

Was checking ECAS status using UCI (Client UCI to be received with AOR2) I was assigned by refused TRV application (same UCI will be continued for any class of visa) filed before Spousal sponsorship application.

Since there was no reply from NDVO about my file arrival, three days back sent emails to "case-review-im-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca" and "Nat-asia-pacific @ cic.gc.ca"

Got the reply from Case-Review-im-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca today that " Hello Mr. XXXXXXXXXXX, This is in response to your email dated July 4, 2015 regarding your permanent resident application. According to our records, the New Delhi office received your application on February 13, 2015.
You will be contacted should any additional information or documents be required."

Those who are waiting AOR2 and NDVO file arrival date confirmation can send emails to "case-review-im-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca" and get the reply.

Thanks to innosense for his post with those two email IDs. And +1 for him.

Hi all
My husband just received AOR2 in his email today from New Delhi office and they send us new UCI number but when I check the ecas status using my husband's birthday,it just says application received not "in process".For the mailing address, they didn't even write postal code for my husband's current address.I included my india address postal code in my application but I don't know why they didnt wrote it.
Can anyone suggest me what should I do now?
I just called cic and they are sending me email id of New delhi office ,so my husband can send full address to them. :)

Hey Manu26,
I think it takes 6 months to go "In-Process" after NDVO receives the file.
I think the SA letter says where you can find the information about contacting NDVO regarding address change/update.

I have a question for you regarding SA.
My SA letter says:

"If your sponsored relative(s) has (have) not already done so, your relative(s) must provide an E-Medical up-front medical notificaiton information sheet. Your relative(s) must complete the medical examination and, once completed, forward this information directly to the visa office noted above along with a copy of this letter. Your application has been transferred to the visa office noting this deficiency..."

Does this mean that CIC-M could not find the E-medical sheet that I had sent in the application? And has told NDVO that it is not included??

Even though ECAS shows that
2. Medical results have been received.

Hi rambopg
When I received my SA letter they wrote same thing.I think that is for whom not yet submitted the medical not for us.

Just wondering if everyone who's on the New Delhi 2015 spreadsheet is also on the 2015 Outland Spousal Application spreadsheet (all applications in 2015).....

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FAYZyQgud1lzp7fM28i2O8ZrfbMAxdTc_t7_fiwI6ak/edit#gid=658388151

If everyone is included on the overall 2015 spreadsheet, it helps everyone to see what's happening on a global scale...

To add your info, you need to put it into the table below the main table, and the spreadsheet owner then moves it up to the main table.

Good luck!

C.
