Hello All

Just found out of this forum and I too am also playing the waiting game. My application to sponsor a spouse was received Jan 19 2015, Processing start date was Mar 19 2015... and approved sponsor status in April, Spouse processing started near the end of April, remedical done mid Dec 2015 and I have not heard back till this day Jan 28 2016.

It really is a mystery were some people don't even have to wait a year for approval and while others are left wondering...today could be the day.

Welcome to this forum of 2015 applicants.....
Every case is different so unfortunately nothing can be predicted....as u r 19th jan 2015 applicant n done with remeds in mid dec 2015 ....jus wait fr a week...may be u vil get an update or else u shld apply for notes to see the progress on ur file....u may find link to order gcms notes in my signature....keep patiences u r towards the end of the process 8)

Hello all

I m 17 feb applicant and got in process date 22 of may2015 and remedical request on 23 dec and havnt got any update after that.
Is it the reason of the in process date i got in the end of may is delaying the DM because all other members of febuary who got DM and PPR have inprocess date either in april or before mid of may 2015

yeah surely there will be slight difference in days u get update frm ndvo compare to ppl who received sponsor approval n aor2 before u....bt as u hv got ur remed so ur file is in good progressing state n u dont need to worry at all...there r still feb applicants waiting fr some response n updates frm ndvo....order ur notes that will clarify u properly n gv u better picture of ur file....

My medical will expire on Feb 19th. Is there a chance i won't get remedical and get ppr directly. I went too see my mp and she called the immigration officer and said everytging ia fine. Currently my file is sitting on someone desk since January 18th 2016. But i have not received any updates? Our first anniversary passed already. I feel soo depressed, i cant even concentrate at work and its audit time at work.. Sooo frustrated and depressed

according to me One cant predict anything....order ur notes then v may get any idea.....may be they r still doing background checks....do u hv any travel history??? It takes slightly longer due to previous travel history...and frequent change of location in past.....according to u how is ur case???? first/second marriage,love /arrange,is it straight forward or complicated....Hv u submitted enough proofs to prove ur relationship is genuine or not???
Any kind of red flags u may think off....
This all may affect the processing tym somewhr or the other

No man...... just waiting because.. I see lot of people on this forum doing that but thinking that it's like throughing stone to bee hive.... as when we do that it slow down the process..

I dont think you are Throwing a stone to bee hive Stevdilon because its not just NDVO gets GCMS its all over the place Cic office. Its yours rights to know whats happening. Immigration is just one of the dept you request.I have done the request for TRV rejection , My Citizenship , didnt effect in Anyway.

So if you think you want to know whats going on your File,then you can apply or else wait to get suprised PR

NDVO is known for not responding to mails. But I was pleasantly surprised to get following mail which gives us positive vibes. Will do a follow up with the Physician here tomorrow.

Don't worry you two are so close, i'm sure you will hear something within the next two weeks.

NDVO must get a bit slow when there is a holiday....I bet things will pick up by next week

Hang in there ladies! You are right Preetgill, people on this forum understand the pain. In the past, files would be done so quick, within 6-9 months. Why the sudden change? why now when its our turn to wait! They really need to get their stuff together there at NDVO.
