Hi,

whenever one is getting re-med request, it is written in that what they need one to go for test.. only xrays... complete medical etc. So take along the letter you got from NDVO and dr will do the rest.

Hi...I HV applied for my trv but got rejected.... What ties u HV showed from india?? Am a housewife with no asset...what shud u do??

if you don't have asset against your name you must at least have a stable job with pay slips and salary certificate as an proof
if not its quite impossible to get an TRV

Hi, sorry to hear the rejection , but as i said in my old posts, job plays a important role in getting the TRV. If possible anyone who is applying TRV must attach a leave approval letter from employer.

Today one of my friend got his passport call he filed his application on jan 2nd and got his passport call on Dec 4th 2015

Thats really gud to hear...that jan applicnts getting calls....
I wish our turn wud come soon if ndvo wud speed up the pace.

You can apply GCMS notes :-

What is GCMS notes? How can I apply for one and what is the purpose of it?
It's better to apply once NDVO touches your file. Eg. Now NDVO is processing Oct/Nov 2014 files. The purpose is to check on the status of your spous's application.You should definately apply for the GCMS notes now.

Adivced to apply early if your Sponsorship approval is delayed..... and you need to request info about the sponsor and sponsorship.



How to apply GCMS / ATIP notes.

Only a person who is in Canada can request the notes.
If principal applicant is in Canada, he/she can request for himself and apply for free under Privacy Act.

If sponsor is requesting it on behalf of Principal applicant, you need consent form from PA and $5 fee. You can receive consent form from spouse thru email and upload it. Apply under Access to Information Act.

It takes about 30 days to receive by email. It is a ~30 pages document

I am a April 2015 applicant and waiting for my wife's visa to canada. My question is:
I want to go visit my wife for 2-3 months in January and want to know what if she gets ppr when im there with her.
Can we come to Canada together or i have to come back by myself in order to prove residency in Canada.
Any answers would be appreciated...please reply

To be honest, I don't think so any of 2015 applicant got any PPR because there are November and December 2014 applications are pending and even before that.

Please don't give wrong information to all readers, My self is 19th Jan. 2015 applicant and I would like to get PPR request ASAP but think about those who are still waiting from 2014.

If you get request let us know but don't say "one of my friend's friend got request for Jan 2015", That's just a joke

Other people also follow form 2014 Delhi applicants so you get most up to date information.

People are getting re-medical request for December and Jan not PPR

Yes thats right.. I am also Jan 09 applicant and IP since Oct 09th .Hope to hear from NDVO soon.
