how much time NDVO takes to issue AOR 2 from NDVO after SA ? I heard 20-25 days ...

I believe it depends from file to file and the visa officer who is working on your file. I received my AOR2 in 14 days. You havent received your AOR2?

You will receive this after your sponsership is approved by CIC CANADA and when they transfer your file to local VO. THEN you will receive a confirmation letter from local VO saying your file has been recieved by them and this email or confirmation is called AOR2...

hello..
I applied for my wife in nov 2015. her file is transferred to new delhi.. on the application status its just showing application received on nov 25 th 2015. nothing about medical or anything. anyone know about this and how long will it take?

We have not received AOR2 after 5 th march 2015 SA. Our time line..

date of application received at CIC Mississauga 26 nov 2014
AOR1 18 Feb 2015
SA on 5 March 2015
no reply afterwards......no AOR2 from NDVO.

Hi Guys - Can anyone explain what happens once we get SA ?

How long New Delhi Visa office takes to process the PR application ? i gave the same email address for sponsor and sponsored person.. I hope that will not cause any problem ? because I check my email more frequently so I gave my email address in both the applications !

do we get any mail if in case they don't accept the email address for application received ?

I got aor2 - This is what they asked for - Proof of payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga or by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid. Note: dependent children are not required to pay the Right of Permanent Resident Fee. they said pay your landing fee at our office in missisuaga ... M not sure - if have to post the receipt of landing fee to Cic missisuaga or they have any email address..?? Please let me know how do I send the fee receipt to them..?? Thanx

Hey Arun,

Congrats on sending the package and now the wait begins. The official processing time is 63 days and they are working on files from March 3rd.
What we have seen in 63 days plus a week to get SA; you will usually get the AOR a week before SA.

In most of the places already 2015 applications are being processes..... But in new delhi i dont know whats happening these ppl havent completed last years applications and not sure when are they gona start this years apllications...... Dont know when this wait is gona be completed .....feeling sick and worried becoz of ndvo...

May i know the latest rules for sponsoring your spouse from India ?

And few imp questions ;

- is there any new rule regarding the addition of spouse name in sponsor's or applicant's passport ?

- what is the minimum period sponsor is supposed to spend in Canada after landing there for the first time.
- And after how much TIME(minimum period asked in above line) he/she can come back to India get married, go back to Canada and apply/sponsor for his/her spouse in India.

- Any other new rule or any change in process ?

- Any kind suggestions invited
