Probably....but I have seen, they do take longer to process second marriage cases.. your wife being Western would have delayed it even further....hope you get your PPR soon....best wishes for the same...

Same happened with me I got a call from the embassy on 7th Sept and missed it. I called back on the same number, they said that they will contact me again. It's one week since the call but I haven't received any other call. Now I don't keep my phone away for a minute also as don't want to miss the second call. Guess have to just wait. Pl update on the forum if you receive the second call . You can try to email them , I am also planning on that.

The number I got a call from is +911141782000. I am sure they have more numbers. Basically the number would have the code +9111, as that is the code for Delhi numbers.

As its been 17 months already... still no PPR ....
Did MP enquiry... they replied.. background check has still nt started.... till 19 months they cant force NDVO... aftr 19 months they can ask NVDO to close file asap...
Its very tough to wait....
