The notes on the last few pages before the interview required actually is cut off for some people and I noticed someone mentioned that it was due to security reasons but I believe thats where they put comments as to why they have flagged your file for interview que. Bummer If anyone knows differently, then please advise. This is just my opinion.

ur right. I got my gcms notes, and they cut off/gap around 7-8 lines.
How do I know what is red flag now

Received letter on GCkey account.
The reason of refusal are missing from the letter, i huess it's gonna be send to my husband.
I'm going to appeal.

Yes, file will be forward to Malaysia visa office, as the applicant Malaysian citizen.

No, they don't need to register their marriage in Malaysia. One country's registration is enough and valid.

I am sorry for this great loss, You are not alone in this My prayers Are with you.I have no words enough to Comfort you. Did you order notes after the interview? Notes clearly says why they have conducted interview. They are going to conduct an interview for my wife due to my pictures and call records. I have gathered all the necessary documents and i am going to assist my wife during an interview with her in new delhi.

I did Mp Inquiry last week, got email today. they said they requested remedical on May 26, 2016 but my husband never got any email. I dont know what to do. please help.

8th May applicant. Same as in my case !! Criminality check not initiated as of 8th July, eligibility assessment completed on 25th April... Re-meds completed on 20th May. contacted MP and was informed that I will hear something by August 20th and if not, then should contact MP again in last week of August.

My wife may 27 applicant did remedical June 24 waiting for ppr everything in progress waiting last Wednesday I'll call my mp for enqury he did next week may be i will get some update then I'll let u know Abu

You should ask to your lawyer as well what he is suggesting abt this....

I need assistance on one question. I am in process of applying for spouse. I came to Canada in 2013 and I attended program from new comer settlement organization. That program was funded by government as grant. Everyone received money during that program and I got paid 850/month for 3 month. On my 2013 tax return it shows as line no 145 as a social assistance payment. Currently I am working full-time with good job and bank balance. I never got any assistance from government except EI for 1.5 month. Does my 2013 situation make me ineligible to sponsor my spouse? Please help me on it.

Hi i am 14may applicant nd still now i did'nt get any email from cic regarding remedical or any update. In case notes everything is cleared nd passed only remedical assesment is pending nd in mp enquiry they told the same thing but still now no updates.. feeling frustrated no idea what to do..
