Update on my file... Received notes yesterday....

Eligibility: Review required.

Note 1. says... "No previous relationships of both PA and Spr, PA and Sponsor appear compatible in age, marital status, language, religion and social background. They appear incompatible in education (PA has Bachelor while sponsor post-graduate), marriage date XXXXXX. Note:There are no photos on file of couple's engagement, marriage, reception and after-marriage outings/honeymoon. Requested these photos via e-mail. I will do complete review of file, on receipt of these photos."

I had sent more than 200 photos with application but seems like they lost all of them. ADR for photos was received on 03 May 2016. Photos were sent on 11 May 2016 and as per notes photos are received updated on 15 May 2016. They didn't touch the file after 03 May 2016. Notes were generated on 23 Jun 2016.

Yesterday I have initiated MP inquiry. Let's see what response comes.

My appln is very similar to urs...my wife(PA) is post grad and I(SPR) is grad...we did send pics of marriage with original appln.

Got ADR on 21 June and sent on 28 June. Applied for notes on 5 July. Should I do MP inquiry?

Realy sad coz july aplicants are geeting even visa also

August 4th applicant... still waiting for remedical request.

hello kamalnavi ...did you apply notes or did MP inquiry I can see it took 15 months for you ... or did they ask ADR .... I m kinnda in same baot I applied may 11th month after you ..so I am hoping I will hear something in august ,,,, they didn't ask me ADR so I m just waiting after remedical so just wanted to ask because very person I see here is waiting after ADR or for remedical or interview recommend I m just worried why they are talking so long for me straight forward case didn't ask anything after remedical on april 14th ...

p.s. when did you do your remedical

Its so sad the way NDVO works. I dont see any incompatibility in a relationship because of the difference in education qualification. And non reciept of photos at the time of applying i think all of these are excuses cooked up for not even opening the files after ADR. So shameful. Chill Rammy . Just trust the lord and good things will happen in HIS time. I so afraid to even apply for notes or even ask my spouse to do any enquiry .

Its $1040 , u have to pay rest of amount. also send reciept of previous .

Right of Permanent Fees you have to pay this its 450 to $500.Usually When you apply including this fees it comes to $1040.

RPRF fees is CAD 490 and processing fees is 550$. So 490+550= 1040CAD.

I just came to know about RPRF Fees when i applied i have paid only $550. CIC Or NDVO never asked to pay for it and have interview do i pay or wait ?

so i applied from canada fr my wyf nd my wife timeline shows app received augst 2015,start processing oct 2015 nd med received..so it means my wyf is agst applicant or oct????
