will the authorized representatives' email id show up in the GCMS notes for the applicant ?

I am my wifes' authorized rep, my email id is not shown in the notes ( original application had correct email)

I have received all communication so far by postal mail. We had sent two case specific requests asking to add the email address,with no effect.

I have a questions ?

1. some people says tht if we sent MP inquiry then immigration officer hold or post our application, i mean delay in process.

2. I am july 27 2015 applicant but still not recieve any remedical request which was expired in last week of april . i came to know that security and background is pending. Anyone have idea how much time takes for security and background check ?
