My husband didn't even get this email even though the notes say interview required. when did you guys get this email?

I dont know if i got this email because i m july applicant or because i semt case specific enquiry or its because i was bombarding them with emails.

But i had done mp enquiry on feb 11. 2016 and the email came on feb 12. 2016. But it was in a reply to my previous email sent about 5 months ago.

So i have done all this to bug them to give me an answer. So any of these factors could be a possibility of us getting this email.

We r still waiting for them to schedule a date though.will keep u guys posted

oh gosh, so confusing as to what they are doing. Thanks anji keep us posted. Can't believe they didn't finish July yet. God knows when they will get to September.

It looks like they have put End of July 2014 to January 2015 applicants with Interviews under their pillow.

One Nov. 17,2014 applicant forwarded me his notes. Notes are as of January 22, 2016. He is recommended for interview but the detailed notes by Visa Officer are Whited out. So they are being smart by not letting you know what doubts they have. They want to catch you off-guard in the interview.

Does anyone know why I have not received a re-medical yet? My husband has passed eligibility but we have not heard from NDVO.
I ordered notes and it says,'pending meds x1 sent by auto email File PA'd to registry until Meds are received'.
Do you know what that means? Has anyone been in this situation?

What does it say on your ecas?Maybe you should check with the physician where your husband did his meds to make sure he/she sent them to CIC

Hey,

He can absolutely apply for the visit visa now and any previous reject shouldn't impact his current application but that being said its hard to get a visit visa not impossible as long as your husband can show substantial proof that he will come back after the visit - this is the key point in getting the visa and not being married to you or having a baby which might actually hinder the process.

He was to show lots of proof that he is coming back which can be in assets, job commitment etc.

I would think he might get the interview scheduled right about now given that you are a July 2014 applicant.

Hi, If u apply under spousal sponsorship, No any money take with u as Proof of Funds.
There is no rules to bring money as a PoF

Usually they do it. But i have seen some of the mp's refusing to do it as well

Just take the pcc of your current country of residence only if the one submitted prior is showing expired (validity of PCC submitted is 1 year)
