Somebody plz help me on this..,
My wife is PR of canada and she wants to travel to india in next month, but her PR card is expired this time and new PR card already in renewal process. She booked ticket with KLM now my question is would there b any problem for travelling from canada to india without calud PR card, while having trasit flight from holland(KLM).
My question is just to confirm outbound flight from canada to holland n then holland to india..
Returing from india to canada is pissible with travel document that i already know....

Waiting for any valuable advise.

Tell MP's office that when you applied in July 2014, processing time was 13 months.
They shouldn't apply this rule retrospective manner.
You are not responsible if NDVO keep sleeping on file for months.

Acc to new processing times. I have exceeded it already Mp says ndvo is not telling them anything untill processing times finish

I have emailed my mp again.hoping to hear something back soon.actually they did apply that 17 month period plus the 2 month of sponser application on my file though cuz when my mp enquired ndvo told her that they cant tell anything untill feb 2016 as that marks the so called end of my processing time.
They have just said my file is in que.
I only got hope . i have submitted case specific enquiry too.
Hopefully something comes up soon.this wait is so frustrating.my husband was going to fomes to america so taht atleast that way i can go and see him from here. But because the processing time says until frb 2016 we are so stuck what to do.
Incase he leaves and then gets a call or email for interview or ppr then we will be stuck again.
I hope the officer who has my file wakes up now.

When did it change and what time you got PPR?

I checked in the afternoon yesterday when it said "In process" It was only after 6 in the evening I got my email and status changed. Submitted my passport today.

If u don`t mind, Can u share about authorize Interpreter list which is enclosed with yr interview letter?
I want to know about gujarati interpreter. NDVO provide only Panjabi and Hindi.

In website , it shows processing time as --17 Months including 63 days for sponsor Approval .. why there is 17+2 Months on your file ?

I think -- There should a valid travel document . I know a case where travel document is - Work permit , but not sure in the case of PR doc

How long does it usually take to get the PR card by mail? The officer mentioned 3 months, but do we really have to wait that long? Can we apply for US tourist Visa in the meantime? ??? ??? ???

Hello everyone,

Wife completed her full IME meds exam today - she received a e-medical tracking sheet paper copy for her records which is stamped by the doctor, she also got a receipt showing which tests were completed being checked off as well as amount of fees paid for the medical examination. My question is should we upload/email both sheets;
e-medical paper and the fees paid copy to the Case Specific Enquiry online?? Any suggestions would help

Yes PR card takes long time, one of my friend got it after 4 months. Yes you can apply for US visa and can travel by road.
When re-entering at border you will just show your landing paper and passport, I did that many times.
One cannot board a commercial plane/ship without PR card or proper visa, so road is your friend.

May I ask how long Ottawa took to send back passport?
