Yeah that's true but what else we can say as this is how the process works. If we get decision made it will raise our hopes atleast as this wait is f**king killing me. It's way more than two months after "IN PROCESS" and still no DM/PPR. I really don't know what NDVO is doing. I swear these motherf***** are just enjoying sleeping on our files and ruining our lives. I don't know what's taking them so long as my wife never stayed in different countries for more than 6 months even she never travelled out of India since her birth she has been staying in India only then why the hell NDVO is taking long time to do security check and criminality check. I swear to god I am very much frustrated now and it's a high time for me.

Actually there are three ways to land; one is the usual going to the border flagpoling, two flying, driving etc in and the third going it at the offices.
The wait times are usually longer at the offices like Toronto is almost three months.

I am certain you cant land at the airport since you technically havnt to exit the country and your best bet is to do a flagpoling. How long is her COPR valid until?

Oh ok, makes sense. I think we'll just drive to the border then. I'd rather drive a couple hours than wait for 3 months haha.

As for the airport thing, yeah, like I said, I spoke to CBSA and they said you have to drive to the border, it cannot be done at the airport. I told him to contact CBSA just to see if they had any other idea for him. But I guess his best bet is to drive to the border. If his wife can't travel, maybe wait until the kid is born, and then do it?

Preeti I understand your situation as my wife is facing the same kind of issues about going out and having asked for questions and all but you do not have a right to point out any forum member here and insult anyone here. Each and every forum member is free to express their feelings about how they feel as everybody is suffering from the same cause. So I suggest you not to write something bad or insult any forum member here the next time you post anything in this forum otherwise if you do noone will be able to stop me in taking legal action against you. It does not matter if it is seven months or two months the point is YES NDVO is ruining our LIVES.
