If your application is perfect and clear if you have submitted the necessary documents supporting your marriage , paid the fees, submitted the pcc you can expect your visa with in 7-8 months of time from the day your file has been transferred to ndvo. Regarding your medicals may I know when did you go 4 medical.

I have submitted all the documents supporying my marriage along with medical and pcc 9 months back they asjed my for occ wen my file was transfered to ndvo it was valid at that time but now pcc is also expired nd I did my last medical in april 2014

Wow I just logged in after a long time and saw everyones updates. Apparently, mine shows IN PROCESS as well!
Before it used to be Application Received.....what does this mean?

They might have a red flag for u, since you are still studying.
Let us know once you get the notes.

dere is nthing like red flag about being a student, it dsnt matter at all. i knw many ppl who were studying n got spouse visas, sm of them even droped the studies...
also a request: if yu dnt hv proper knwledge, tan jyada ghaint na banya karo...

Yes I agree, I know for a fact it makes no difference, yet this guy is saying red flag and stressing people out like my wife when she reads this board everyday and knowing I am a student.

Too many people state their theories as facts and provide wrong answers to questions on this board scaring other people just so they can sound smart.

Not sure why it changed....till now it used to be application received, now the link says in process. But when i click on link to expand details, it does not say that they started processing or any new update. It still says that app received on...and meds received thats all

You can see what progress they are making on our files so far. Only one Oct 4 applicant on our spreadsheet has moved to in process stage.

You should tell us your info so one of the senior members can add you to the spreadsheet. Also don't forget to tell everyone when your status changes.

Exactly, i only replied to dat specific thing coz i saw negativity being spread. Everybdy will survive this waiting n processing stuff n i hope asap. Also these stupid comments are nt gonna effect anybdy's visa process, we must motivate and support each other to stay strong n get thru this, not freak each other out.

I was just starting to get worried as i've not heard anything from new delhi office so far as i read on this forum that usually the file moves to in process or gets some kind of update in 6-8 months and for me its 10months since i applied..my timeline is

You got AOR2 from New Delhi in just a month! That's like wow!!! Mine took almost 4 long months. I guess it depends on the officer working on your file too. Anyways, take care and be positive!
