Nope thats not true because oct nd nov applicants has also valid med.

They might have a red flag for u, since you are still studying.
Let us know once you get the notes.

I did not get ADR, I was just saying that I sent a copy of birth certificate not the original when I first applied.

As per my knowledge only PCC and Upfront medical receipt are required as original documents nothing else please correct me if I am wrong

When we filed our application I showed them in my educational details than i was studying at present. That was my last semester on that time but now I have completed my study. so

should I inform CIC delhi that I have completed my study
if yes how can I inform them via email or send my study certificate copies by post

Yes i applied under family class, i got married in nov and applied in december

family class, Im from India, got married in hometown in tamilnadu in november, love to Arrange marriage, submitted all details since school days and pictures of close to 200 and applied on december. Medicals and police clearance done on November

congrats arvind12...ur case has really made every1 in forum excited haha
well my understanding says tat ndvo is now getting into a big back log, so trying to push thru few straight fwd cases where they don't hv any red flags hence no interview and ppl who have medicals valid till min. 1month or 2-3 months, so tat by the time they issue them visa they don't need to get into another lengthy process of remed for those files...and hence will reduce/maintain ndvo's avg time on cic website (16 months)

that's wt I think , I wud request arvind12 to please share some details - if he or his spouse has any divorce history? they had an arranged marriage? had submitted all photos of engagement, wedding, honeymoon?

these will answer most ppl doubts as to y ndvo has cherry picked some select cases...maybe to show a good example for minimum processing time for few applications

Ok guys here is my story. Even im shocked. I was looking to get some where around november or december. Even im shocked. My inbox getting filled with messages so i thought let me share this.

Applied on Family class. Im from South india (chennai) , I came to canada on 2009 as student (toronto) and after few years got my PR and i know my wife since school , we have convinced both family got married on November 2014 , completed medicals and police clearance during same time . Applied PR on December , got AOR on Mach and AOR2 on May. My wife works in Banglore IT industry. No divorce nothing complicated in case. But i submitted more details than asked. Because i have a knowledge how CIC process files, Because i applied my student visa (No consultant) and PR through Immigration nominee Program and same Delhi processed my PR file, when i was in Canada.

I submitted alot of Proof like my flight tickets since 2009 and also each visits and photos and proof that we were in relationship
Also emails, skype, whatsapp and viber
Enagement photo (I was not there in India) bt still submitted pics
Marriage , Pre marriage functions , reception functions, Temple wedding proof , Marriage registration copy and alot
also some honey moon fotos and after marriage temple visits proof.

Also, im really confused and shocked to see it INProcess, Every morning i check status and jst read a glance the forum to see whats happening.
So im confused what if my files sits in INPROCESS for the whole time. But let see and I'm really sorry for all the applicants before me. Hope all gets their application processed soon.

Hmm... you are right, it could happen that it will sit IN-Process for a while since a lot of files are before you.
Only one way to find out. Order notes and see what stage are they at in your file. Medical passed? background check passed? etc.

1. In the document checklist for Sponsor (IMM 5491) under # 19 it asks "If you must meet the minimum income requirement" then you have to provide some documents. My question is - what is the minimum income requirement? Also, for rental income, it gives an example of "evidence" - "statement of real estate rentals" - what exactly is this?

2. In the India specific guide, Appendix A, #2 - they require some documents for any family member who is a Canadian citizen or PR - now if my wife has a sister who is a PR already - do we need to provide her information? Or by family do they mean just husband and wife?

3. In the India specific guide, Appendix A, #8 - you are supposed to provide photos of your "family" - again who is family according to them - just husband and wife or mother, father, sister, brother?

1. For Spousal sponsorship, there is no minimum income requirement. So as long as you have a job and are not on social assistance, then you are good! Even if u don't have a job, but can show that your relatives or friends are willing to help you then you are good.

2. Hmm... not sure about this. But if your wife is on good terms with her sister, you might as well provide the details.

3. They are only asking for head shot photos of the people who are in the application. So your wife and if she has any kids then their photos.

Since when do they red flag you if you are studying???

I was told by my immigration consultant and another one that it does not affect your application if you are studying.

Where did you read or hear that you get red flagged please explain...
