Could I apply for notes myself being a Canadian citizen? I assumed that since the NDVO file has the spouse's UCI number, she has to give consent and you apply after paying the $5 fee.

Also, it has been 31 days toady since i applied for the notes and haven't heard back. any idea where i should contact regarding this? it should have been sent out within 30. I haven't even received any communication mentioning extension or anything else.

Since u r requesting ur wife's file you have to apply under atip and pay the fee.
No idea who to contact

I got AOR2..... It states dat send the copy of landing fees n PCc ... They also said if not already paid ..... I already pay fees in canada n Pcc was also in our file .... Now at wat address I hav to send

Im stuck in the same situation. Even I received my aor2 yesterday and they asked me for pcc and fees which I have submitted. I dunno whether to reply back to the mail or not.

It is a generic email which they send to everyone. If you have already send your PCC and fees no need to send it again.

Sorry for posting AOR2 question again. I request more info about AOR2 of NDVO.

I have not received AOR2 from NDVO yet. (SA was on 30 Jan 2015. SA mail says my file has been forwarded to NDVO). PCC, Fees, and Medical were submitted upfront).

I had applied for TRV (Tourist visa) before Spousal sponsorship and got rejected unfortunately. Hence, I had UCI and it was given in all my CIC Spousal sponsorship application forms.

I can check ECAS status using my UCI (which I got at the time of TRV) and File Number too. Status checking using both working fine and both show the same result "1. Application received on 04 Nov 2014. 2. Medical Results have been received"

The result of ECAS status checking using Sponsor's UCI and info " 1. Sponsorship Approved 2. Applicant's application for Permanent Residence received on 04 Nov 2014. 3. Medical results have been received"

"Medical Results have been received" status in ECAS started showing nearly 8 days after SA (till then there was only Application received).


My Questions are:

What is the content of AOR2 mail?

Applicant UCI is being assigned by NDVO and it's mentioned in AOR2?

Can I assume that my file is received at NDVO???? ( Few forum members said they did not receive AOR2. But visa was processed smoothly)

Should I worry more about AOR2 mail:

- as ECAS says Medical Results are received (which is supposed to be received at NDVO only right??)

- as I already have my UCI and able to check ECAS status using it. (If AOR2 only mention applicant UCI and
Request PCC and Fees, if not paid in advance)

Please help me out.

Well, I think there is absolutely no need to send it as you have already send it with your application. The mail clearly says that "if not already paid" and "if not already submitted" in bold and underlined. If you still want to send it than you can reply to the email and send the photocopies in courier to NDVO.

I jus consult my consultant ... He said v hav to send them proofs by courier... He is going to make a letter n attach proofs of Pcc n landing fees...m going to send it ...

I have received an email 2 from NDVO stating that my application has been received at Delhi, and requesting me to submit RPRF and PCC if not submitted earlier.

My question is, as I have already submitted RPRF and PCC earlier, do I need to send it again.

And also please let me know the next step and how much more time will the process take...

So disappointing, and thursday is already coming to an end, tomorrow is our last chance and if nothing happens, again a new week, again new expectations.... Phew !!!

The cycle seems to continue unabated, dunno for how long !!
Very very disappointed and upset !!

But in the mail it is written that I have to send passport to islamabad through VSF.
I am really not sure if Its a mistake ? or I have to send it to delhi office as we are from india?

Guys please stop editing spreadsheet if you dont know how to use it . If takes alot of time fixing it again . It has been hard work of so many people in maintaining this spreadsheet. You can copy the sheet in your personal PC's and edit it as per your liking, but please dont edit this sheet.
