ppr 24th march 2015

passport sent to ndvo 26th march 2015

still waiting for passport

worried :( :( :(

Kake, this is a Spouse Visa forum

NOT a FSW forum

Ur timeline confuses many

So, I received my notes today. At the bottom, it has the date the notes were generated which was pretty much the day I applied. It seems they hold back sending the notes exactly 30-31 days.
As per the notes:
1-Relationship is genuine and interview waiver recommended. So, that's the good part.
2-Medical has expired (expected)
3-Criminality check - not started and it shows one year of validity for PCC which has now expired. not sure if they will ask for an updated one.
4-I was outside of Canada for a long portion of the time for my company's project and they requested my resettlement plans and job offer and rental agreement from canada.

I did submit both in one letter but the notes only shows the resettlement plans as provided but the second part as still Requested. Not sure what to make do about that. Could anyone provide some ideas. would really appreciate it. Should I resend those documents again just for the second part?

Even I/wife dint get AOR2. Got SA on Feb 24th 2015. Applied Dec 2nd 2014.
CIC call centre Rep say that file transfer to NVDO and I have to contact NVDO. We still dont have Client Id of applicant/wife. Query by my client Id says that application received. Medical received.
No response from NVDO. I dont know why process application out of order.

Hello,

Sorry for posting AOR2 question again. I request more info about AOR2 of NDVO.

I have not received AOR2 from NDVO yet. (SA was on 30 Jan 2015. SA mail says my file has been forwarded to NDVO). PCC, Fees, and Medical were submitted upfront).

I had applied for TRV (Tourist visa) before Spousal sponsorship and got rejected unfortunately. Hence, I had UCI and it was given in all my CIC Spousal sponsorship application forms.

I can check ECAS status using my UCI (which I got at the time of TRV) and File Number too. Status checking using both working fine and both show the same result "1. Application received on 04 Nov 2014. 2. Medical Results have been received"

The result of ECAS status checking using Sponsor's UCI and info " 1. Sponsorship Approved 2. Applicant's application for Permanent Residence received on 04 Nov 2014. 3. Medical results have been received"

"Medical Results have been received" status in ECAS started showing nearly 8 days after SA (till then there was only Application received).

My Questions are:

What is the content of AOR2 mail?

Applicant UCI is being assigned by NDVO and it's mentioned in AOR2?

Can I assume that my file is received at NDVO???? ( Few forum members said they did not receive AOR2. But visa was processed smoothly)

Should I worry more about AOR2 mail:

- as ECAS says Medical Results are received (which is supposed to be received at NDVO only right??)

- as I already have my UCI and able to check ECAS status using it. (If AOR2 only mention applicant UCI and
Request PCC and Fees, if not paid in advance)

Please help me out.

Thanks in advance.

Hey d4d, we both are in the same boat. I too had moved out of Canada in early 2013 and returned in October of 2014 due to work. During this time I had got married and then subsequently got married and sponsored my wife. NDVO did ask my intention to move back to Canada along with the same documents that they asked you. I furnished all of them and as of now the case is as is i.e. relationship appears genuine but no progress on it from NDVO's side.

Coming to your second question, resettlement plans - you said you have already furnished. Did you furnish any job offers if you had or to that matter, did you look out for a job by contacting employers etc., (I did that and had email proofs, so I furnished this as well) and when are you going to be landing in Canada? In case you have some definite plans in the form of an airticket, furnish that (that's what I did) else if you are already in Canada submit them your rental agreement or some kind of a utility bill etc., that proves that you are back in Canada. This would be my approach.

Fat Boy >>> Pls check ur in which group ....this is for Spouse , NOT FSW

Oh I was not aware of this. @FB- Can you please let us know under which category have you applied? If it's FSW then this is not a forum that you should be approaching.

Could anyone please help me with the address on which I shall send my PCC and proof of payment?

Most likey yes, that's the address. However when the file was transferred you would have got a written communication from NDVO as well as from CIC (when the file was being transferred). I would refer to that address and mail them.

Same problem for you also :( :( :( :(........No AOR2 after so many days :( :( :(

I am principal applicant and I have Client UCI assigned during my TRV process (Found that UCI will be assigned only once and the same UCI will be used for any class/type of visa you apply).

I can check ECAS Application status using my client UCI (Principal Applicant UCI) and Sponsors UCI.

ECAS result is " Spousal Sponsorship Permanent Residence Application Received & Medical Results received"

So my Principal Applicant UCI (which normally applicants get from AOR2. In my case I am using the UCI that was assigned during my rejected TRV. Not from the AOR2 I have not received yet) works fine. So no problem in getting Client UCI.

I am worried why NDVO have not sent me AOR2 and wonder they received my Application package from CIC-M????

I did get an email from NDVO which was the second AOR. But im afraid they have not provided any address in there. They have just asked for the proof of payment and pcc to be sent to them.

Actually, I have sent in all the proof. I own my own business in Canada (registered and operating since 2003) and was away on project for the company. I mailed them copies of invitation letter from the client's company for business visa, copy of business visa from the embassy, return boarding pass indicating my return to the Canada back in September 2014. I have attached bills like car insurance, cell phone bills, visa statements etc. I even explained in a letter that my absence from Canada was for my business and thus I am not back looking for a new job. I am not sure what is going on. They are accepted the resettlement plans but the second part which is asking for job offer is still mentioned as Requested.

The last update was on March 2 and the notes says generated on march 15th. I am thinking of ordering the notes again to see maybe they further updated it after that. Is there is negative effect of ordering multiple notes to the application?

Just found that again some problems (months are not in order) in the spread sheet (in the second page/sheet: Staus) due to unathorized edtting :( :( :(

Request to people who dont know spread sheet usage: Plz Plz Plz plz dont edit it. If you want to update your timeline plz post it here or PM to someone.

Request to Administrator/Moderators: Can you plz make the spreadsheet like how it was before. (only few are allowed to edit it)

Please do something.....

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I found this problem when I tried to find the number of applications in each month (I know only 1/10 of applicants join this forum and update timeline) but still it gives an overview of the numbers.

Found that from January to October, the number of applicants vary from 30 to 50!!!!

But in the last two months of 2015 (November and December) its only 7 and 8!!!

Wondering why only 7 and 8 applicants in the last two months compared to 30 to 50 of the first 10 months.

Is there any specific reason for such small numbers compared to 30 to 50!!!!!!

Any idea?????
