When you say it's not clear, can you be more precise i.e. what is mentioned in the letter etc., just by saying it's not clear or shooting generic questions makes it difficult to give you our best educated guess. However my best educated guess is go to the VFS office where your hubby lives (or closest city in case there is no VFS office) and then deliver the pp for visa endorsement.

In case your hubby lives in New Delhi or Chandigarh, ask him to take the email from CHC and seek the clarification that you are asking (let him put the same question to them and see what their reply is).

when file is open by visa officer then you did not see your file status for few days so don't worry , it mean you will hear good news soon, all the best. Naveed

Really strange. Today I called the call center and funny situation; got a message "we are sorry. we cannot transfer your call to an agent at this moment. Please try again later". Was busy and hence could not call back. Will try tomorrow.

But where to submit passport?

Submit at the nearest VFS office, check on their website for passport submission timings, alternatively you can use DHL/ Blue dart, but VFS is safer.

Did you try to check status by using ur UCI no, ur application no., ur spouse UCI no. If the status remain same wait for 10 more working daz then go for MP enquiry.

I think you get closer don't worry you will get your PPR soon, I am also in the same condition, CIC received my app on Oct 2014, an email received from New Delhi visa office on Dec 2014 and still i am waiting no updates has come and as i think my medical is going to expired on June and maybe after my remedical i will receive my PPR and always hope for the best "Allah is Great"
