I filed my application for spouse class just few days back (Jan-21,2015) now i want to apply for visitor vias for my wife.
can any body tell that what a success rate for visitor class. and
what is the best time for visitor visa and in case it get refused will it effect my file.
plz help me seniors.

I am going to India next month to get married. Our's is an arranged marriage through a matrimonial web site. Our respective parents live in Delhi, met few times, my future wife and I skyped for over two weeks and gave our consent to get married. We had ROKA ceremony over skype (girl's uncles did it here, as they live in Toronto) and took lot of pictures. My future wife applied for visitor visa and attached ROKA pictures and declared that her's will be OUTLAND application. She also attached copy of the return ticket booked in advance, her financials etc. She got her TRV and will travel with me after marriage. Visitor visa and Family visa being different classes don't effect the case as long as information in the forms (and their system (GCMS) remains consistent. You can apply any time. January and February are busy times for TRVs as number of applications goes up as many new students have to start their programs in February.

I think very few of us are left as April applicant and very few having IP for over 2 months....

WHERE R OUR FILES???

I am also an April applicant . I got IP on 20 Nov since I am waiting for the PPR and it really depresses me when I see future applicants get visa . it gives sinking feeling to me for myself !
Although I am happy for those who are meeting their spouse after long wait ! My case is not even complicated according to notes there is no red flag as well as interview is also waived . Don't know what are they doing

Yes karan in our case there is no difference .... we are suffering a lot
It really depresses me when I see future applicants get visa . it gives sinking feeling !
Although I am happy for those who are meeting their spouse after long wait they all are so lucky !!
