can we call canada cic call centre for update?

You can call but you won't get any answer. And right now your file is in New Delhi so you will have to contact NDVO for anything and everything but not through calling but emailing them. Chances of getting reply is less but you can try lol

Do i have to write for question "Mention all place where you lived in last 10 years?" should i write everything even where i lived only for 1-2 months like visiting friends??

Its urgent i have to fill form

and if i have lived for more then 6 months at one place then i have to produce PCC from that state or area right bro?

and few months back i lived at my friend place for like 2 months so should i skip mentioning it?
and only mention those places where i lived officially like with my family and i'm currently living at new address and its been 2 months so should i produce PCC for that too?

1. Can I send my passport through courier or by mail if they ask me,because I am living in NewZealand or i have to come India for depositing it
2.Do I have to deposit passport to NDVO only or I can send my passport to Sydney embassey lol .

I would advise not to send your passport from New Zealand, it could be risky, I mean it may get misplaced some where. Better come to India and send it through VFS. I dont think you can send your passport to Sydney VO.
