Purely my opinion ...as i am one of the march applicants and still waiting..

Less than or approx 50% of the applicants have got IP for March. i would wait this week to hear back from NDVO or atleast till another 5-7 people get IP before starting to get worried.

there is a simple explanation for the delay, "file allocation for various case workers". some are quick - some are a bit drag....hence few of us got delayed...

Main thing they check is file completeness, marraige genuinity and medical. Once case clears this phase it goes through to IP. @ IP stage, background and criminality checks are completed to get to DM.

if you are compelled to do something - you have 3 choices - MP enquiry(usually generic answer " file waiting for intial review"), Case specefic equiry - usually NDVO doesnt reply(but some have got replies), GCMS Notes ( which takes 30 days to get). i have heard from various people GCMS notes helps and sometimes MPs do get some answers.

Hi Kan_sri...in my gcms notes it was mentioned 'medicals passed', interview waived..even 'in process' was mentioned in front of Application status at some places...so what can I expect...Ecas status is still AR/MR

It depends on the size of the sheets you printed your application form, the printer, the day you sent the application (weekends are preferred as they don't have to work on it right away) and the weather (the sunnier the merrier as they can go outdoors and again not have to look at it right away).

All of the above take precedence over the date an application was field, after all anybody can file an application not all can give it the due diligence it needs.

So going by how long its taking 2013 applications to be finalized, they must have all printed it out on news papers, used typewriters and sent out the application on a cloudy, rainy Monday.

Hi nitya114... M also Feb 12 applicant... My status changed to dm on 30th sept but no ppr.. I guess they will soon start working on our files... Might as well ur decision is also made but they didnt updated ur status...
