Transcripts

Hi everyone ,
Kindly tell me the process to get transcripts of my univ degree .

I had downloaded the form from DU website and had applied at counter at south campus . Do I need to annex any doc alongwith .Like wes.org/ca/required/International_Transcript_Request.pdf .

Do i need to send mark sheets of individual year to WES or transcripts would be enough for assessment .

Any other document need to send need to send .
