Dhaliwal ji as far as I know no October applicant has yet got visa..

My friend's wife got her visa last week. He is an October applicant. So their is a proof

I agree with chatwant...I also read on this forum that we must calculate 1 and a half mths for each mth that is started...it is disappointing but RASH 04, I am sure u should expect somewhere in Nov or DEC....

yr rash dnt worry 4-5 mnths to nikl bhi gae pta bhi nahi chla 2-4 mnths or lgne a bsss so enjoy wid ur family coozzzz dis tym never comes back nd jis trah se sb hm reh rahe hai yhaan pe aise kbhi dunara nahi reh skte canada se aya krenge to itne free kbhi bahi honge nd itna sara tym hme dubara kbhi nahi milega family ke liye so enjoy dis tym period dnt be sad

Hello Sakshi1813,

Congrats on 1st AOR and SA letter with file transfer to New Delhi.

If need then NDVO will asked documents like PCC or Fee receipt again that called 2nd AOR from New Delhi if and only if you had not submitted original during file submitting time, else you already submitted then 2nd AOR won't come ( for few cases many applicants came 2nd AOR again though original PCC and Landing fee payed and receipt attached with file in CIC - M on that case just acknowledge to Delhi office that you already done ).


Next step - might get Interview - " It not at all mandatory, mostly not getting to all, it all depend on cases and it complexity also officer too.
Then next - PCC : Passport Request - that will come at later stage at end, from this year NDVO requesting passport at end.
Then, Case goes " In Process " then " Decision Made " at end " Passport back with Visa ".

New Delhi NDVO is asking for Passport late in the process ( good for people who have to travel out during the process) instead of beginning of the process. Mid-Dec applicants onwards are still waiting for passport request....

New Delhi is working on Sept 2013 applicants. Hope for the best....

Hopefully they will ask for Passport Soon.
