Hi I am new to this forum...I filed my application on March 4th 2014 and apparently there was a missing document and finally after submitting missign document it was received by CIC on April 24th 2014 and file transfer to New Delhi on May 9th and sponsorship approval on May 19th 2014 and recieved mail from New Delhi Visa office on May 28th 2014. SO will I be March applicant or April applicant ? ???

If it shows, April date,,then willbe considered as april, and if its March then u will be considered as March applicant
