I m going to write to immi minister today.this wait is killing me now

Do you have the email address to write to the minister. I think I might right them too. I just don't want to second guess everything and the VO remains silent.

Yes I did MP enquiry but even they don't hav any clue wats going on . He said to wait as my file has been lined up for interview. (Anji in ur case R u done wid security and criminality check)

Sometimes they don't start criminality and security check until your interview is over. And sometimes they start doing it after your interview date is decided.

Also, NOT all 2015 applicant recommended for interview have gotten dates. Some of them will be waiting just like you. They will get interview date after 2014 interviews are done.

Hello brothers n Sisters,
I strongly suggest that if you already contacted MP then email PM of canada with clearly mentioned about unfairness and stressful situation, if we all do they might consider as serious issues as I mentioned I am also October 6,2014 applicant. I contacted MP didn't help. So yesterday I email PM with all details of file as well as concern
Let's hope for best,
At least we should raise voice any how otherwise we end up chatting here which nobody is noticing.

Its right to send them emails. At least their offices will read. If there are lots of emails of similar nature, they may respond to the issue

i agree chances are very less but then at this point all we can do is write one and hope for the best.

Actually ya i agree that chances are very less that anybody reads it. If there are a lot of emails then there is probability that our issue will come in spotlight.
But right now just waiting like this doesnt give us any chance.atleast if we email we myt have some chance.
But then its only acc to wat i think . cuz m so frustrated, i will do this.

Yea seems like our only option at this point to make our voice be heard, and if they get bombarded with emails of a similar nature then they will hopefully take notice.

Hello Anji,

Don't stress out. May be NDVO calculation is 17 months from the day NDVO received your file from Canada. If that is the case, you will complete 17 months (Sep, 2014 to Feb 2016) if I am not wrong. Which means your interview request will come before 17 months as per NDVO and you will get your PPR by March-April.

I think personality of the officer really matters and decide our fate. Human personality play lot of role and unfortunately immigration process totally depends on officer decision. Have positive hope. They cannot hold you more than 20 months at any cost. Think that you have more time to spend with close family members in India.

I knew couple of people second marriage (one person even sponsored, then cancelled, got second marriage) got visa between 13-14 months with no interview/additional documents request. Most of the cases have interview in forum are genuine, first marriage. May be they are selected for interview due to gaps in file.

Our last MP inquiry we were told our file is in background checks god only know how true is that :'( :-X
i have a long travel history this wait is not over as yet quite sure about it !!!

let it go to each and every minister of parliament
