NDVO received your file as you dated on January 2015, add 9 months from Jan2015, i.e September 2015 you will hear something from them, at the moment, NDVO looking 2014 August/ September applicants.
Good Luck.

Thanks for the heads up, as much as it's not what I was wanting to hear, it gives me something to look forward to. By September we'll have celebrated our wedding anniversary and our daughter will be two months! I don't want to think about the fact that she will meet her dad for the first time at two months old...

Oh wow, SA (sponsorship approval) took very long during Christmas time.
Its been only 3 months since NDVO received your file. Wait for 3 more months. They probably haven't even opened your file for processing yet.
Alternatively, if you want to know, order your notes but it won't have any new information other than about your SA.

I read quite a few cases where people start having kids without even getting PR. I don't understand the thought process of planning kids without getting PR and then not being able to see their first child being born into this world.
Just wait 1.5 years or until u get PR. Is it that hard?

Hi all i am very new to this forum and could not figure out how i can share all my details so others can comment on it...any help on this would be appriciable..thanks

Hi rambopg. ,
If there is any common child between spouse and sponsor, there is a possibility of getting direct PR irespect of conditional PR. I see this logic. But anyway after receiving NDVO acknowledgment it will take 8 to 9 months for any updates, i think,The timeline nothing change if you have kids. ..

hi guys any updates about sept'14 applicants ,i still get AR/MR, i have paid all the fees prehand ,my medical is about to expire
wonder why these guys are taking so much time
last year somany ppl went through the entire process in mere 8 months(including landing)

i was hoping that once the file is in process NDVO will rip it in 15-20 days but after seeing somany IP guys pending since dec'14,jan,15 all i can say is that my wait is going to be much longer than expected

very disheartening :'(

guys could you share your views about VISITOR VISA.
