To avoid 3 months delay I did re-medical 3 months before my initial medicals could expire.

I absolutely second you d4d....even I feel that way.Coz I read multiple post where people have been waitingfaience 2-3 months after getting IP and remed req,so may be thats sound logical to me....I guess you got it right d4d,thanks for explaining so nicely .....

Did they ask for divorce decree before approving the sponsorship?
Did you send your husband divorce decree in initial package while applying?
In document list they is mention somewhere about petition and decree.
Expect some delay. Not sure how much the delay is going to be.

Guyss,day before yesterday I got a call from Delhi immigration,they asked few questions about my dob,my husband's dob where he's staying in Canada with whom,then about his family...our wedding date,when he went back to Canada after wedding,then about where he works and name of the company...and yesterday we got email to send my husband's divorce petition...what u guys they took interview or what..and they just asked for petition no decree

yes, received on 30th May and these morons have not touched the file since Oct 2014. They have queued the file for interview and don't know when will our lucky draw happen :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

MP won't do another inquiry till Aug. Don't know what else to do. This is leading me to depression :'( :'( :'(

I am confused on your question. The time period when the results are transmitted varies according to the physician's procedures so we cannot know for sure. Even though you told them and showed the letter that the results are to be sent by email they are choosing to mail them?


Yes, even though my wife showed them the email that we received from the NDVO, they still told her that they know how to send it and they will send it manually within 48 hours or 2-3 business days.

Yes, I have email Immigration minister to give an appointment so that I can talk to him personally. Still waiting for his response.

They asked me Petition in February till now no update

They have sent me a mail as below:

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:

• Photographs of the wedding depicting rituals as per your traditions.

• Details of trips, if any, made by your sponsor since August 2014.

• Please clarify if you and your sponsor resided together after marriage.

sorry to hear that FIZA,but what can we do in this waiting game...It's just the matter of luck,some people get visa so fast and some have to wait for so long.We all know it's unfair but still we can't do anything about it....
