Hello everyone,

I'm just about to send my file. I was wondering if we can refer to same proofs from sponsored person's set in sponsor set or we have to send two different set of proofs even if they refer to same proofs. Advice please....:(

Did an inquiry through the MP, but Unfortunate. they said they CANT give any information of the case until the maximum processing time elapses. they also added( advised) the MP to encourage us NOT to make inquires BEFORE that time. also they asked him to tell me have patience and wait until my turn adding that they DO NOT need to be contacted unless otherwise they ask us to do so. Finally the only thing they told was that my file in queue ( the stereo type reply)

I have patience but I feel so helpless my wife cries without me... oh lord please have mercy on all of us...

One set of proofs is enough. Keep all docs to prove genuine relation in relationship file and refer to it. Make a table of contents so they can know in a glance the extent of proofs given.

True we should give ourselves 10 months waiting time atleast before worrying a lot.

You are right I have to be strong to support my wife but when she cries I feel so much helpless. on top of that she has her Birthday in June she wishes to stay with me. its been more than a year for us now :'(

Hello Guys,

I need your help actually i want to show india driving experience in ontario. How can i do that any idea?

Thanks

You need to visit the RTO from where ur Indian driving license is issued. You wud need a verification certificate saying your license is genuine wid all the dates of issue and expiry. This is the easy part.
The difficult part is >> this letter alone will not give u credit for driving experience...u need it in writing from ur RTO that you have driving experience since XYZ date...then only they will give u credit for past driving experience...its not easy to the get that letter as its at the RTO head's discretion

Hey everyone!
I'm an April 07, 2014 applicant...Ecas status- In Process since September 25,2014
Recevied Medical Reassessment letter from NDVO on March 18th and got it done the very next day i.e March 19th...just wondering if we should inform CIC about getting the remedical done or not..?
Please advice!

When you have got it done (remedicals) the very next day, what is there to inform them? You can inform them and generally if you don't hear from them for 6 weeks then consider that you have cleared your medicals. That's my take on this.

By all means you could try all of the above as suggested, but truth is Indian car driving license does not take you too far. If you have international drivers license it could help you one step further; UK,ANZ,US and other western countries license can help you get a local driving license quickly but not Indian. Unfortunate but truth.
