I tried MP enquiry and I applied around the same time as you. I was told I had to wait 15 months and 85 days before they can enquire about my case to NDVO..apparently its a new policy...

July Applicant : think such way, if first week of june are getting visa now days, we will get visa ending days of feb... good luck.. only one more month

I think July applicants are starting to get their visa as per Aman he last mentioned that his friend who is a july 3rd applicant got her visa already.

You can request case notes under "Privacy act" which is free.

When filling out online form, choose "Privacy Act" for Please select the Act under which you are submitting the request. If you choose "Access to Information Act" you have to pay $5.

I believe it takes a month to receive the notes. you can request any no of times, it does not affect ur process.
Also there are 2 types of file Immigration File and Sponsorship file.

Did you receive any request for additional document? Did NDVO send you an email for remedical?

Medical is valid for one year. That is correct BUT.....as long as the file process is completed within 15 months of from the day when the medical was done AND the decision is a positive one they will not ask for a remedical. VO can get the medical extended on behalf of the applicant.

I remember reading about that somewhere.

that's hardly 4 month from the date of received.....MP won't agree for an inquiry. I would suggest waiting till 6-7 months from the date when ndvo received your file.
