Hi frends,

Today my hubby received a mail from NDVO to submit a copy of Police clearance if not already submitted with original application. However we did submit it dated sometime in August 2014. Should we go for another police clearance or can we submit copy of the previously done PCC?

Also this copy we are sending to NDVO correct?

Please let me.. all your help is greatly appreciated.

Validity of PCC is 1 year from date of issue....so if it under the validity then just send that one otherwise apply for new....best luck...

its AOR 2 and generic email
if u already submit with application then no need to send again and they already mentioned if not already submit
if u want u can send copy of PCC to them
but its a generic email to u ,now ur file reached at delhi from cic

Girls and Guyz, there is no point cursing NDVO. As per official timelines they have 15 months for this, but still looking at all people like us and our emotions they are working hard to get us through ASAP.

Also, they have not stopped or have not put any condition for the sponsor to travel to India and stay with their spouse. Its all about the sacrifice one can make for their loved ones.

My wife has left her Job and decided to stay with me in India. She wants to live the time and do the job later once we move there. But u cant say about the circumstances, I have to move to another country for a work for couple of months. We dont have a option but we have faith that we will have wonderful life together whenever we stay together.

All i want to say is stay calm and have faith. All the best to everyone

I suggest to send scanned copy of PCC by e-mail mentioning that original was submitted with the completed package to CPC-Mississauga.

I agree dude, Lucky you. Every person having different circumstances. so everyone cant visit and stay there. they can wait only.. and wait sucks sometimes. they got frustrated and share thoughts here....

its is gud to keep yourself busy .. otherwise you are always thinking about this wait.. My wife has exam in 2 months.. so she is busy preparing for it. In the meantime, i am trying to save money so that we can party together ;D Do not want to spend too much money enjoying this bachelor months hahaha
