I have applied since October 2013 and my spouse had an interview on February 2015 which says that spouse has clear/pass the interview and same time submitted the passport. Also, new medical is submitted in February 2015 but still my application status is "In Process". Any idea what can I do for the next step? Do you think lawyer can help in this situation? Raavi , same is the case with our file. Background checks going on . this has been the answer at every MP inquiry, case specific inquiry that we have done since our file went into process in sept 2014.....god knows what type and how they do the background checks.Raavi sran said:
