Dont worry, the MP response is generic. The VO must have communicated that to them and they just verbatim communicated onwards to you. You will NOT have to wait till end of August. In fact, you will hear something in next 1-2 weeks. Actually, if I were you, i will start packing and preparing for your journey as atleast now you know your case is being approved, re-meds are with them, and they just have to issue you DM. Just forget about this for 1 week, prepare for your journey, and relax. All this will seem like a blur once you are in Canada with your spouse. Good luck

Dont go by the MP response. It only makes you more nervous. your re-meds are with NDVO and which means, they are going to issue you visa. It is just a matter of few weeks. Time will fly by quickly. Start packing and be positive. Dont go to the MP again. Relax and be happy. Everything will work out, nothing will go wrong.

i had my file transferred to NDVO (evaluation of sponsor - approved) on july 15.. But i still haven't received the 2nd AOR from NDVO (i am talking about the generic mail NDVO sends out to everyone)... Should i be worried... seems like a long tym... its been two weeks already.. getting anxious... :-[ please advice guys.....
and also is the generic mail sent via post or is it an email...
and if its an e-mail, who receives the generic mail from NDVO... "THE SPONSOR" (me) or "THE TO-BE-SPONSORED" (viz. my wife in this case)

we are never received this 2nd AOR so can't say whats the procedure they used now days...if they approved u as a sponsor and its shows in the sponsored persons ecas then nothing to worry. ..you guys complete all the hurdles and don't worry about email or mails they are typically morons so they don't know when is the right time to response the applicant. ...so don't worry in a few weeks u will received it...sbag_in said:

She told me that my medicals expire on 29 September and asked me if I could enter Canada before that. I said yes I definitely can. Then I was asked to confirm my date of birth and address...But today is 30th and my status still shows just application received.
