I feel like going to embassy and asking them for my passport since already DM , why do I wait now ????? Suckerssss

It was in process since may 19 , I been checking every hour . It was in process till 12:30 today and then around 1:15 it changed to DM .

Thanks for the information...You had remedical as well? if yes then when you had your remedical?

It means they are working on Sundays too... Good they should work 7 days to give visa to all of us...

I am an December 2013 applicant and came see to My spouse in April 2013 for three month long vacation and wish to stay in india for entire duration of her procedure.. will it create any problem or is it ok? my company will rehire me as soon as i am back,i heard some couple stay together for the entire duration of the process in their home country and as soon as my wife get her visa stamped does she had to travel canada in few days or she will get few months time to enter canada for landing.

Please help....

no it is ok if u stay wid ur spouse. ..but u gave d proof of ur going back. .like regarding ur job...ur wife's medical will b decide dat whether she had to travel in a few days or few months...gud luck

We can understand your situation well...but they will not entertain you there...Be patient and i am 100% sure that you will get your shiny visa soon

Its not a sabbatical leave,my company told me to quite beacuse of longer vacation but they will rehire me whenever i want to join.

Its not a sabbatical leave,my company told me to quite beacuse of longer vacation but they will rehire me whenever i want to join.

Are they giving you any sort of letter which says that you can rejoin them whenever you will be back to Canada?

If you can manage it from your HR department then it will be great...but otherwise it will not impact your application..you can come and live with your wife then go after her visa to Canada together...

If you will come on sabbatical leaves and live with your wife in India till the end of the processing time, it doesn't give any negative impact on your file...on the other hand it shows that your relationship is genuine...You can go for this option for sure...

Its all good...you can live in India with your wife till the end of processing of her application...

No i am not getting any letter from my company but i am planning to keep 2 weeks of gap in travelling as soon as my wife gets visa,i will leave for canada and will start working in my company and then she will join me in two weeks time.

Can you explain me little more about medical will decide whether she had to travel in few days or few months.........medicals usually expires in one years time so it totally depends how many days she has on medical expiry.

I think she is saying on the basis of previous experiences shared by applicants those medical was getting expired and they got the call to confirm whether they can fly before their medical gets expire if NDVO will send them visa within couple of days...

Like if your wife's DM will happen near to expiry date of medical then they will give you an option to fly before the expiry date if you will say yes then they will provide you visa in couple of days otherwise they will ask you for re-medical...

So its all about the time limit in between DM and medical expiry date...
