I am an December 2013 applicant and came see to My spouse in April 2013 for three month long vacation and wish to stay in india for entire duration of her procedure.. will it create any problem or is it ok? my company will rehire me as soon as i am back,i heard some couple stay together for the entire duration of the process in their home country and as soon as my wife get her visa stamped does she had to travel canada in few days or she will get few months time to enter canada for landing.

Please help....

It was in process since may 19 , I been checking every hour . It was in process till 12:30 today and then around 1:15 it changed to DM .

If you will come on sabbatical leaves and live with your wife in India till the end of the processing time, it doesn't give any negative impact on your file...on the other hand it shows that your relationship is genuine...You can go for this option for sure...
