Will someone attend to the spread sheet occationally. The new entries are made. Formula is not copied in the row. Further fonts are not maintained. some have not given the complete information. some have not updated Some thing to be done in such cases.

Ulaga82, Ashjia and Sakhgill84 are new entrants with incomplete information.

General request to everyone please give the complete details. These informations help others to know how there case would be solved or they may find a solution. When someone gives individuals experiences this is a lesson to others etc. So every one should share their experiences so that it will make others to face that problem better & easier. Thanks to all the seniors who were meticulously advising informing based on what they heard from others. They were motivating each other during period of strike and huge delay. Now the backlogs are getting cleared slowly. current problems are different and has variety which may not find ready made solution so it is essential every one to share even the minor problems.

when my entry under interview column (May 6, 2014) disappeared, I thought NDVO has changed its mind about my interview and they had deleted that information. Then I entered it again. Blinked my eyes three times and said to myself 'let this information disappear too' but it is still there...so guys if you want to delete my information feel free to do so after I get my visa and landed in Canada.

thats crazy why they are asking again. Anyway just submit that ASAP again and email them. Since they touched your file and I am sure you will go to IP soon. Dont worry and wish you a speedy visa.

Thanks Chinnmaye for your reply. I was just inquiring whether July applicants got this kind of requirement from CIC or NDVO ?

One of my frd,he got request from CIC to submit these kind of documents. So I wanted to ask forum members whether they got similar request from CIC.

Submitted bank statement and job letter at the time of submission of Family sponsorship application.

Hi Loving, are you a PR or Citizen? I think they only ask from Sponsors that are PR.

Oh i know few people in the forum got something similar...so did your friend make any visits more than a month or something after submitting the application?

Hello Everyone! :)

I was a silent observer to this forum for the last few weeks, I just have a small question: Does sending a "Case Specific Inquiry" cause any sort of delay towards the overall application? I appreciate your advice! Thank you.

As I have been reading, there is a time limit for how long we can go back to India for? I never knew that! >:( ... is that for all Canadian PR holders and Citizens as well?.... why would they restrict us from being with our spouse (more than 2 weeks) while we wait for the process to be over!?... so weird. :o

Oh I am going in June to visit to India as well. I inquired MP as well and she said as long as I can prove that my intention is to come back to Canada there should not be a problem. I have full time permanent job and my boss is willing to offer work from home so that i can come back when my husband once he gets the visa..

this is crazy how immigration is and its torture that you cant even visit spouse for how ever long u want..

Do you recommend that I should notify NDVO regarding this visit or should I wait till I hear anything from them?

Trips to India wont affect your application. I wouldn't notify New Delhi about anything regarding the trips because it might cause un necessary confusions. I personally been to India for 10 days in November and more than a month in Feb-March. And my wife got decision made recently. Faced no issues. And I have never read anywhere about informing New Delhi about the trips... So go and enjoy your time in India and come back with your husband!!!! :) :)

Enjoy your holidays with close one. I am not a expert member here to suggest or advise you anything but I shared whatever information I got from various sources.

That's good your going to meet your husband. :) ... Did your MP give you any other information or advice? In January, I met with my MP as well, to inquire about my case, the response they received back was from the head aministrative assistant there. It was a generic response, saying that they are continuing to meet their service standard of finalizing over 80% of applications within 6 months, its been over 6 months for me, and for many of the other writers on this forum, so obviously they are delayed. I know we just need to wait, but it's reallllly hard!!!

I want to do a Case Specific Inquiry to NDVO, but im nervous that they might delay opening my case even more! :(

Any tips?
