1) Ofcourse you can go ahead with your job offer and there will be no problem at all with your PR App. Just make sure you inform NDVO about this, so that your app is updated with this visit of yours.

Since you said you'll return within 6 months the case of providing Security Clearance of that nation doesn't arise. If you happen to stay beyond that be ready to provide that as well.
2) No they wont do that. So just relax.
3) Ofcourse it is possible but just make sure the PP is with you.
4) Again it is absolutely possible and I suggest you do that once you get ur PP rqst.
