checking ecas every hour addiction is worse than checking calender once/twice a day

Atleast you have some chance of seeing a change in E-Cas. Us June, July, August people have no hope whether its the calender or E-cas. No change whatsoever :'( :'(

I jsut checked mine and it says decision made and

1.We received your application for permanent residence on April 18, 2013.

2.We started processing your application on November 1, 2013.

3.Medical results have been received.

4.A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Why does it say The office will contact you concerning this decision? Does everyone else say the same or they have some questions?
