I hope and pray its that lady I get if I get an interview and i'll be sure to tell her how this forum has nothing but nice things to say about her ;D

you are a nov 2013 applicant and it makes no sense to worry about a potential interview (let Jan-May people worry about these things)...until June they won't look at your file...secondly the red flags or blue flags whatever color they are are just an idea of maybe there might be an interview if you have the following circumstances..each file is different..finally, so you got an interview unless you order 'notes' and see what it says you wouldn't know if they called you for quality checking (if the data entry guy entered the data correctly) or they have some concerns about your file...

Hello Forum Members,

Below are the dates of my wife's spousal application:
NDVO recvd application: June 28th 2013
PPR: September 15
DM: Not Avaialbale.

We are still waiting for any updates. Is it really getting late for us? should we contact NDVO?
Please advice, we are getting concerned now!

I don't think remaining May applicants and soon-to-follow June applicants should despair. I have a feeling once the IP number comes down, new files will enter into IP. So far none went into IP in 2014 except those that have interviews. Constant flow of DMs is a good news for everyone.

Cheer up.

point well said...one thing that NDVO can do is to announce about interviews on their ecas system and secondly they can announce well ahead if someone has an interview or not...but it is too much to ask these hard working guys...

if you want to learn new experience, send email to NDVO (you will learn a lesson on how a government worker should not work) or order notes (good experience to know the process of applying) or see your MP (good to see how Canadian politicians efficiently work or not work ..some repeat what NDVO says 'it is within processing time' but some investigate)..they haven't started processing June files, so no need to be concerned now...

maybe I should just go to india and surprise my wife and go to goa with her or something ,I do need to get out of this cold weather and relax a little :P

no need to contact MP for ordering 'notes'..people order notes if they didn't receive passport request within two months of file transfer or they haven't heard from NDVO for more than 6 months...notes are chronological information on what NDVO has done/not done to your file...it gives details of who sent what; if they have opened your file or not; sent passport request or not; received medical results or not...

checking ecas every hour addiction is worse than checking calender once/twice a day
