Are you going thru a lawyer? I guess in your case I would recommend you going thru a lawyer to make sure things are set proper. That's my opinion

Hi, please go through above link for some of the answers. As mentioned she can apply for travel permit explaining reasons why couldnt maintain her pr status. By the bye if this is approved then its straight forward she can land with no issues.
