Hey can anyone help me out, my husband shifted to a new state in canada i changed the address on website we hqve filed thru a lawyer as far as my logic is concerned i think it wont delay much in my process but still if anyone cancomment over??? May applicants can expect visas by end of oct to middle days of november, i can be wrong lets keep fingers crossed...

Answers to your questions is in red.

Questions:-

1) My wife has IMM documents, and expired PR card which has to submitted, with previous husbands name-- should we submit her divorce document? - yes, please submit a copy of her expired PR and previous landing IMM document. Also, submit her divorce certificate.
2) Should I submit my divorce document? - yes, submit your divorce certificate.
3) Guess we should submit or marriage certificate- Special Marriage Act. - yes, submit you new marriage certificate.
4) Should I show my CRA- returns and employment letter when my wife is submitting for her Travel Document (Permanent Resident Abroad)?-- to add that I am here to look after her? - no, you don't need to submit your tax returns or employment letter while applying for her travel document.

Please note that you will have to clearly explain your situation when you apply for her. Also, explain why she could not satisfy residency requirements. Just be truthful and explicit.

hahahaha ...........10-15 dms last week....not bad huh? its only their 1st week back....hopefully they give us double the good news this week....October is goin to be a good month im pretty positive ;D
