[hi, i m applicant but dont worry, u file cannot be refused...for u sent the very next day...mine was requested on april 9 and to be sent bef 18 may and i sent on 6 sept...
also one of my friend who is a agent working at overseas office told , they dont close family visa files...hope she is correct but in ur case u have sent and u have pod.
