First they delayed my file by 4 months, then I spoke to they guy at their head office, and he told me that "you know english, you could have done it yourself" and I told him that, I know english very well, but this is not my profession, and that's why I'm paying you. You may not be good in something where I know my way around. All that matters to them is money. Now they are asking for $500 for GCMS notes........
