I applied my file may 2013 and pasport req in 24 jun and i sent my pp 3rd july. I m not really sure about time line. i am from punjab which come under new delhi.

You want his file info so you need to fill it out for him and yes, you will need a consent form.

You need to have 10 posts before you can add your timeline. Once you do, you go to profile and you can add it there.
