my hubby called MP (north york) bt by the time he called mp secretary alrdy left will call on monday to take appointment... my hubbys director wrote a letter stating tht he cant take leave coz of work load n is in stress plz if u can help in the process.. i hope it helps...

Hi enoughwait, my wife who is the principal applicant, doesn't have any travel history... and in the GCMS notes that I got at begining of this month, it was mentioned as,
1. Eligibility - Recommend Passed
2. Security - Not started
3. Criminality - Not Started
4. Medical - Passed
And in the notes it was mentioned as,
*****RECOMMENDED FOR REVIEW***** <followed by some personal info.. > PA & Sponsor are compatible in all aspects. The wedding was performed in accordance with cultural norms. Relationship appears to be genuine. Interview waiver recommended. File sent to officer for review.

Still no update till today... I guess the officer to which my file was sent is actively participating in the strike...

Thanks for the reply. Don't know what they are doing but its really frustrating. I mean we can wait but how long. It has already been 7 months since I applied and we have not met each other from 9 months. Can't even leave because of job constraints.
Just praying to God to bring happiness to all doors and everyone can meet their partners soon.

Hello everyone,

I have a question to ask of you guys. I did not send my divroce petition with my application as it was
not requested with the forms. The NDVO has not stated processing my spouse's application yet although the PPR has been sent. Wondering if I should wait for NDVO to contact re: the petition or send it any way?
How likely is that they are going to ask for a divorce petition.

hi CANVISA005can u share your timeline ............in india divorce petition is impt and u had to send it with your application........so on total if u got married in india and divorced thr are total 3..... 1.decree 2. petition 3. judgement..............all have to be sent..............if u have got ppr........once u get it u can send it along with that
