I am sure you have already attached wedding and post wedding pics with the application as well, its just the visa officer was in a bad mood when he looked at your file and got offended for applying after a while, thats y he asked you for these proofs and I am 200% sure because he was offended, he has given the next bring forward date a little later.
but don't worry, you will be fine, its just a matter of time, give him a little time to understand there could be a possibility of few months delay in application.
I hope you have mention the reason clearly in the cover letter with additional info request.

I recieved additional information request through email.They asked for the wedding and post wedding pictures and also reason for applying late as we got married in december 2012 and as a sponsor I returned to canada in january 2013 because of my job.we submitted sponsorship application in august 2013 because my husband got his passport back from passport office after 4 mnths . Gathering all the information and documents we filed application in aug 2013. Now its been more than a month since we submitted additional info and also medicals nd pcc were already expired at the time info was requested. ecas status is not even in process.

no..it won't work...since it is still 'in process' this person has to stand there wearing suicide vest for another 3 months or more or security guard would say 'send us an email, we don't accept in person dramas (questions)'...

I attached all the pictures when I filed the application with all proofs. In additional info they also requested the pictures of sponsor's second visit to the sponsored applicant that we had so we submitted those pictures too. Do you have an idea, how does bfd work? what is the average time they review the file again or is it diff in each case? I heard that it is 60 days but m not sure .

no chance of putting their email address wrong because it would have bounced back...if you have given your email address wrong then you will never know if it went through or not..as soon as transaction is over they send a confirmation to the email address...try again it is $5 (if you are using bank credit card you can check electronically, if it shows $5 charged then transaction went through but you wrote a wrong email address to get confirmation) but if you sent a case specific inquiry that will take a month not worth the wait...

I opened my ecas today and saw a little change. There wasn't any mailing address showing before but its showing today. Does that mean they have started working on my file thats why I see that change on ecas. Any comments?

Now I started waiting for the interview date and any letter/email/call asking for re medical

Hoping that everything will be fine soon ..
Medical was expired on 20th of June ..

now prepare for interview also check ur inbox. ..and after dat VO asked u to done remedical. ..after dat u will received ur visa...I know it will take time but everything will b fine soon..
now lets see in 23rd July I will also received my notes...

Just want to mention that my wife is 5 year older than me..

5 years older is doesn't matter if u both hv proper wedding also ur family members present or not, this thing matter most..also u hv quick wedding or not. .spouse stay after marriege or not..gather all d information about ur concerns..

yes it was proper marriage and reception as well.
i dont have to tell that how punjabi marriages held. ;D ;D ;D.

she stayd for up to 2 months after marriage
i have all the proves and photos of functions even photos of second visit of my wife when she came to perform karwa chouth rituals and diwali and we attanded one of my cousin's wedding as well in November.

the only thing is missing that we didnt had honeymoon..
coz she has to return back to Canada to continue her job ..

they will do your interview first and then ask you to do remedicals...not sure if any interview slot is open for july (if an interpreter is required interview date might be pushed to aug) besides they give atleast 3 weeks notice....so we are looking at the earliest sometime last week of july....as for interview, look at the last two pages of notes and it will give you an idea what their concerns are (implied not directly stated)..so prepare questions regarding those concerns; go through your application and add more questions; plus add 250 questions that was posted in this forum and prepare so well and get surprised if they ask you few questions regarding marriage and then ask you to do remedicals.....NDVO is unpredictable but it is better to be prepared than feel sorry...
