Its a tough situation but when the going gets tough the tough get going.
I guess we need to show some more resilience, patience and belief..unless, someone knows what else could be done besides bugging the consultant at the MP's office who just doesn't wanna move his friggn lazy ass and be of any help and/or applying for notes and wait for one whole month to get some insights?
I am going to make my second trip to India, only this time to be with my wife on our 1st wedding anniversary. Just cant let this gloom to dampen our spirits!
How I wish the Visa arrives before I land.

Lets see whtz gonna happen now...our medical s gonna expire on 27th.... few aplcnts medical s already expire.... those ppl hvnt gt any mail or hv nt heard anything yet......

August ppl r waitin.....no show frm dem fr us....so cruel....

IP came after their call or letter for remedical....
medical received is not coming in my status from starting..is it any problem??

no it is not any problem sometimes medical received does not shows in the ecas...don't worry in a few weeks ur visa in ur hands..

Thank you. I am sure it will be soon. I think they are going by application received dates. As I can see who got DM are from 5th, 13th and us. Dont worry we were worried to as everyone before us got Ip and we heard nothing but then got IP and DM within 5 days. And I understand we were all frustrated too, but be positive you will hear something by this or next week and once you get update it will be fast after that..

I think there was someone who got IP and then got a re-med letter. So you might get that as well.

Now I am worried...Someone who had their in process status on June 26 has decision made. My status has been IP since June 19 :-[

Don't worry. I am in process since my wife's interview started and nothing has been happening to my file as well.

if you go through previous pages in this forum you can see various trends, NDVO is really moody and has lot of swings all the time,
previously after dm people got passport bt 2-15 days, but now a days there is a guy waiting for 40+ days also, so you never know,
keep praying

The thing is they haven't even asked for his passport and my mp said his visa is ready

So I am a mid aug 2013 applicant. ndvo asked for wedding and post wedding outing pics in may 2014. I sent this additional info after 1 week now its more than a month since I sent the requested info, status still showing application recieved. Is there anybody else with the same situation?

I recieved additional information request through email.They asked for the wedding and post wedding pictures and also reason for applying late as we got married in december 2012 and as a sponsor I returned to canada in january 2013 because of my job.we submitted sponsorship application in august 2013 because my husband got his passport back from passport office after 4 mnths . Gathering all the information and documents we filed application in aug 2013. Now its been more than a month since we submitted additional info and also medicals nd pcc were already expired at the time info was requested. ecas status is not even in process.
