Mail a copy of it to them again with a cover letter saying that you are re-sending the medicals because they ahve misplaced it and also email them a copy with the cover letter. Hopefully they will see it and update.

I did send the copy of medical on 17 and got reply just now that they didn't receive my medical and when they will get it they will resume the processing... So now we got a letter from our doctor stating that we did got our medical done and he even sent it to cic ottawa but cic might have lost it .... So now our MP sent the copy of letter from doctor and copy of medicals attached to ndvo.... I just they will give me visa after receiving documents from MP... And I don't have to go through another medical... medical expiring on 5 feb. ... So no hope left to get it before that...

Should get my medical done again in india and send them ?

I think you have to wait for them to email you for re-medicals as you have to take that email to get medicals done. This must be so stressful for you and all because NDVO cannot keep their documents organized. I hope they can work with the copy your MP sent and hope they extend it. Maybe they will ask you to fly before the 5th, hopefully!

In my gcms notes which were generated on 2nd dec the paper file locations says registry...

and right in the begnin under the bold letters of APPLICATION: F000xxxxxx the updated date says 30th nov

so this means thy hv nt reviewed my file??

mine says the same with location registry...and they haven't looked at my file yet..though my MP's assistant says 'my understanding is they are reviewing' which is not the same as 'yes they are reviewing'

They have recently started working on june applicants although very slow. And also lot of applicants from jan to may are waiting.....Hang on!!! We all will receive good news soon.... ;D ;D

thy have kept our files for last batch....but why..... I think i have to wait till May 2014 to get my answers....ahhhhhh I wish I sleep like a sleeping beauty and whn my visa come my MIL kisses me..on cheek....hahah.....sorry this is ndvo effect

Fine if they want to schedule an interview or review my file 10 months later but at least inform me so that I don't have check my ecas or ask my lawyer everyday and get frustrated. It is straining my relationship with my significant other and we are on the verge of quitting this whole process.

I knw this whole process is soo frustrating and stressful.
Is there a difference in the way a file is processed based on whether it was applied by self or through a lawyer ?
