As expected nothing has changed at all from the previous Notes cut on Dec 15. The recent change in my ecas about meds update just 3 days old so it did not come into GCMS notes.

Wondering when to apply for the next one?

Hey youtube,i have been reading your posts with some interest as i messaged you becuase my case is very similiar to you.

In regards to GCMS notes my honest opinion would be not to order anymore. ( i know there would be other people on forum who would advice you that it does not have any inplications and you can order as many times you like )

They are partly right becuse most likely it would have no impact on your file,but at the time of reviewing your file a visa officer can see how many times you have ordered it and it MIGHT,and i again say might raise few question in his mind.

So i guess there is no benefit side in ordering them few times if it is within the processing time.

Have any idea wats the reason for getting interview?

if they find anything wrong or missing information or of they doubt anything they call the applicant for interview. but seriously what i feel is they have to do interviews randomly as part of their job

I sent documents on 12th December.

As per Bluedart they delivered on 13th December

yesterday my wife did MP inquiry

MP said that your documents still showing pending.

how ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

may be they didn't update in their system or something else

plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz helpppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp

they takes about 7-14 days to update it on their file. you can understand they receive thousands of mails everyday.........

if you have a copy of your medicals. send it to them by courier and also email them the scanned copy

How you know about the interview recommended ? if you came to know about interview from notes then check the last paper file movement as it will have a due date, you should receive email in around 1 week to 1 month from that due date...

Hi canuks, thanks for bringing this new piece of info. to my attention, however, I checked thoroughly the notes I received which stated that an interview was recommended and couldn't find a due date when listing everything about the paper file transfer/history. The only due date I did see with a 2014 date was under the "Eligibility" section, under this section it did also state that an interview was recommended and the due date given is 2014/05/30 - an exact 1 year after the Eligibility for my wife's application was created. Does this date have any significance to an interview date? Please let me know. Thank you.

Thanks for the compilation. It must have taken some time. However, medical dates in this list is going to be more confusing. This info is available in the spreadsheet. Moreover, medicals done date is not exactly the expiry date. Some times there is a default grace period of 2 weeks and sometimes the VO may extend it as well. Just saying.

Guys and gals, the following stuff was NOT there in my 1st GCMS notes, WAS there in the second notes, and NOW is NOT there in my last GCMS notes that I received today.

Weird at best. And my file last touched on Dec 7 as per GCMS cut on Dec 15, and it is still the same in the new GCMS generated on Jan 2. How can stuff appear and then disappear. Maybe they realized it does not apply to me, but then the file should have been touched after Dec 15 but does not show.

there was one forum member namachii who ordered notes every month till he/she got visa and there was no delay in his/her processing times....CIC in Canada pulls out information electronically and compiles them and of course there will be a history of how many times it was requested in the notes...if someone applying for notes every week, it is not useful..it is a personal call and I don't think ND visa office is that efficient in tracking applicants' activities and be vengeful...

sometimes they issue visas before the medicals expire and sometimes they let medicals results expire...I am not too sure if they really look at the medicals and say 'OMG this applicant's medicals is going to expire so let's schedule an interview soon' or 'this applicant's medicals is going to expire; let's not put him/her through anxiety and issue a visa'..overall they sometimes ask the applicant if he/she wants to leave before the medicals expire but is there a correlation between medicals expiry date and the speed at which the visa is processed?' only NDVO knows

Well basically one can not have two requests simultaneously as I learned the hard way. They will cancel the duplicate and keep 5$.

Canadian High Commissions in Asia do this quality assurance check (to see if their workers entered the data correctly or not..also I suspect if there was any hanky panky stuff like getting money and entering false data..) more than other Canadian High commissions in other regions

my understanding of due date is the date for next time they are going to review your file again..i may be wrong
